Advances and credits
Mr MR Jacobson is the managing director and sole shareholder of the company. During the year to April 30, 2017 the company advanced a loan in the sum of £36,000 to Ethemba Capital LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership in which Mr Jacobson holds a 99% interest. The loan, on which interest was charged at a rate of 3% in line with the ORI, was repaid in full within nine months of the year end.
