1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The Financial Statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (Effective January 2007)

Turnover policy

The balance sheet is showing a net deficit on reserves indicating that the company is reliant on the continued support of its creditors to continue as a going concern. The director is confident that this support will continue for the foreseeable future and that the company is a going concern.
