Going Concern
As at 30 April 2017 the Company had accumulated trading losses of £19,912 and its consequent
working capital requirement was met by loans from its directors. The directors have undertaken
appropriate forecasting procedures and confirmed that they will not require repayment of their
existing loans until the business is in a position to do so. These financial statements have therefore
been drawn up on this basis.
