Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A of Financial |
Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland' and the |
Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical costs convention as |
modified by the revaluation of certain assets. |

6. Transition to FRS 102 |
The entity prepares its first financial statements that comply with FRS 102 for the year ended 30th June 2016. The |
date of transition to FRS 102 is 1st July 2015. The transition to FRS 102 has resulted in only a small number of |
changes in accounting policies compared to those used previously. |
