1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The company ceased trading on 4th March 2016 and has an active proposal to strike off.

There has been no turnover during the last 12 months but an investment in the LPH 5 Year Secured Buyout Bond of £30,000 held on 31st December 2016 has subsequently been written off as having no value.
