Directors' benefits: advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the total amount advanced to the company by the directors, Mr J P Stockwell and Mrs A K Stockwell, including amounts credited to the directors loan accounts, totalled £66,258 (2016: £58,735) and £26,000 (2016: £10,000) respectively. The total amount repaid by the company to the directors, Mr J P Stockwell and Mrs A K Stockwell, during the year totalled £61,482 (2016: £21,533) and £26,000 (2016: £10,000) respectively. At the balance sheet date the balances owing to Mr J P Stockwell and Mrs A K Stockwell in respect of their interest-free directors loan accounts were £41,978 (2016: £37,202) and £nil (2016: £nil) respectively.
Guarantees and other financial commitments
The financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies of the company not included in the balance sheet at the balance sheet date totalled £nil (2016: £nil).
For the year ending 31/03/2017 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro-entities regime.
