For the year ending 30 April 2017 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of the small companies regime applicable to micro-entities.

  • 1. Advances and credits

    Both Directors operate a loan account with the company, Zoe Parker was owed £6752 at the start of the year, received payments of £2600 during the year and is owed £4152 at the end of the period.
    Simon Higgs was owed £12125 at the start of the period, received £3120 during the year and is owed £9005 at the end of the period.
