1. Commitments by way of guarantee

The company has entered into a cross guarantee with Sunset (UK) Limited and Tech Data Limited to guarantee amounts due to Tech Data Limited. At 31 March 2016 an amount of £nil (2015 - £nil) was due to Tech Data Limited from SwissGBIC Limited.
