The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Profit and Loss Account has not been delivered.

1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

One Cornwall Leisure Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The

company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

2.	STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.

3.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

One Cornwall Leisure Limited carried out the trading activity for Tempus Leisure Limited of which it is a

wholly owned subsidiary.

The contract for Tempus Leisure Limited to provide leisure services on behalf of Cornwall Council ended on 31

March 2017.

Assets have been written down to their recoverable amount and provision has been made for all known

liabilities.

Turnover

Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates,

value added tax and other sales taxes.

Tangible fixed assets

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

Stocks are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value, after making due allowance for obsolete and slow

moving items.

9.	RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The company has taken advantage of exemption, under the terms of Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The

Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland', not to disclose related party

transactions with wholly owned subsidiaries within the group.

10.	POST BALANCE SHEET EVENTS

The contract for parent charity Tempus Leisure Limited to provide leisure services ended on 31 March 2017. As

the provider of bar, catering and other trading activities on behalf of Tempus Leisure Limited, this company will

cease to provide this service. From 1 April 2017 the contract will be operated by Greenwich Leisure Limited.

One Cornwall Leisure Limited ceased to trade from this date.

11.	ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

The Board of Trustees of Tempus Leisure Limited is considered to be the ultimate controlling party.
