  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Other accounting policies

    The Company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. Deferred Tax is recognized in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. Going Concern: As at the balance sheet date there is a deficit of assets totalling £42,934 (2015 : £42,934). The company is reliant upon the continuing financial support of the investors, as evidenced by their loans to the company totalling £42,934 (2015 : £42,934). The directors have not received confirmation that this support will not continue and therefore the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.
