Related party transactions
The company was under the control of
Mr R W Head
throughout the current and previous year. Mr R W Head
is the managing director and majority shareholder. Mr R W Head
is a partner of Deux Tete Properties. During the year there were purchases of £nil (2016: £nil) from Deux Tete Properties. At the year end £nil (2016: £nil) was owed to or from Deux Tete Properties. Mr R W Head
is also a director of Henleaze Business Centre Limited. During the year there were purchases of £nil (2016: £nil) from Henleaze Business Centre Limited. At the year end £nil (2016: £nil) was included in trade creditors as owing to Henleaze Business Centre Limited, and £2,040 in prepayments representing a credit note due to be repaid.
9.
Transition to FRS 102
These are the first financial statements that comply with FRS 102. The company transitioned to FRS 102 on 1 April 2015.
No transitional adjustments were required in equity or profit or loss for the year.
