1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax. |
Investment property |
Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from |
changes in market value is transferred to a revaluation reserve. |
Going concern |
No material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the company to continue |
as a going concern have been identified by the director. |

The investment property has been included in the accounts at £60,000 which is the valuation given to |
this property by the directors at the year end based on existing rental income. |
Investment properties with a value of £60,000 (2013: £60,000) are held for use by the company for |
the purpose of operating leases granted by the company. The aggregate rental income received |
from operating leases granted by the company was £4,680 (2013: £4,500). |
