1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statement have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with applicable accounting standards. The company has taken advantage of the exemption in Financial Reporting Standard No 1 from the requirement to produce a cashflow statement on the grounds that it is a small company.

Turnover policy

Turnover represents office support services during the year net of VAT.

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Tangible fixed assets stated at cost less depreciation. Tangible fixed assets are depreciated over their estimated useful lives at the following rates: office furniture and equipment-20% reducing balance, lease hold property-20% reducing balance, fixtures and fittings-20% reducing balance.

Other accounting policies

DEFFERED TAX is provided in full in respect of taxation of taxation deffered by timing differences between the treatment of certain items for taxation and accounting purposes. The deffered tax balance has not been discounted.
