During the year Mr A. Cleasby, director and Mrs C. Campbell, director were both advanced £17,139. Interest of £513 was charged at a rate of 3%. At the year end, £18,392 was owed by each of the directors (2016 £740).

The loan is unsecured and repayable on demand.

The directors of the company have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
