1	Accounting policies

Trading status

The company was dormant and has not traded during the year.

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). This company is dormant and has taken advantage of the option available under FRS 102 not to adopt the provisions of that standard for as long as the company remains dormant.
