Mr and Mrs Palmer have a loan account with the company against which personal expenditure and drawings may be charged. The loan account with the company was overdrawn at 1 April 2016 by £24,748 (2016 - £Nil) and £34,960 on 31 March 2017 (2016 - £24,748).

During this period cash advances totalling £88,977 were made and personal expenditure totalling £24,488 was met on behalf of Mr and Mrs Palmer. During the same period cash repayments totalling £31,322 were received and the loan account was credited with undrawn salary of £8,064 and reinvested dividends of £64,750. During the period the maximum overdrawn loan balance was £106,890.

This loan was unsecured and repayable on demand.

PDP Associates Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Kendal House, Murley Moss Business Village, Oxenholme Road, Kendal, LA9 7RL.

The directors of the company have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.

For the year ended 31 March 2017 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
