1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 ' The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities regime '.

Other accounting policies
The company has an operating lease commitment due to expire in over five years amounting to £640,500.

The costs of the lease are borne by the ultimate parent undertaking, Krush Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
