The company is Limited by Guarantee. Each member of the company undertakes to contribute a sum, not exceeding £1, to the company's assets if it should be wound up while they are a member or within one year after ceasing to be a member.

The company holds monies held on behalf of the lessees deemed to be held in trust in accordance with section 42 of The Landlord and Tenants Act 1987. The bank balance is reflect in the service charge accounts.

Separate service charge accounts are prepared detailing the income and expenditure for the property at The Old Fire Station, Harborne.

The company acquired the freehold interest in the common parts of The Old Fire Station, Harborne on 24 April 2009, and was acquired for the £Nil consideration.

For the year ended 31 March 2017 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies’ regime.
