During the year an amount of £306,800 was advanced to the director, Dr W Squier, with amounts repaid of £9,957 and interest charged at a rate of 3% of £5,964. The amount owed to the company at the year end was £303,390 (2016: £583). £200,000 of this has been repaid in July 2017 and the remaining balance will be repaid by January 2018.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
