The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2017 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:
(a)ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies
Act 2006 and
(b)preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of
each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections
394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial
statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Beach Court Management (Walmer) Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and
Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company
Information page.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).


2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

All transactions during the year in respect of service charge income and related expenditure were entered into on
behalf of the leaseholders and income and expenditure arising from these transactions are shown in a separate
service charge statement which does not form part of the annual accounts of the company and is not filed at
Companies House.

Changes in accounting policies
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and
have remained unchanged from the previous year. These policies have been consistently applied to all years
presented unless otherwise stated.

The financial statements, for the year ended 31 March 2017 are the first financial statements that comply with
FRS 102 Section 1A "Small Entities". The date of transition is 1 April 2015.

The transition to FRS 102 Section 1A "Small Entities" has not resulted in any changes to the accounting policies
or to the opening equity and profit for the comparative period.

Turnover
Turnover represents ground rents receivable during the year from the flats' leaseholders and premiums received
for granting extensions to leases.

The company accounts for monies directly related to its ownership of the freehold (such as ground rent and
receipts in respect of the renewal/extension of leases) and makes a contribution to the service charge account in
respect of the company's running costs. All remaining monies held in the bank account in the company name are
held on trust for the leaseholders of Beach Court and all other transactions were entered into on behalf of the
leaseholders.

Contractual commitments
The company contracts with third parties in its own name for the supply of services to the property for the
maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the terms of the leases. At the year end the company had
not entered into any non-cancellable contractual commitments.

3. EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

The average number of employees and directors during the year was 4 (2016 - 4).
