1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Turnover policy

The company's turnover represents the value, excluding value added tax, of goods and services supplied to customers during the year. None of the company's turnover was derived from supplying geographical markets outside the United Kingdom.

Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Depreciation has been computed to write off the cost of tangible fixed assets over their expected useful lives using the following rates: Office equipment - 25% per annum Plant & machinery - 25% per annum
