Going Concern
The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through a combination of a bank overdraft and investment provided by the director. The director has agreed he will not seek repayment of his loan in preference to other creditors. On this basis, the director considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.
