PROFIT AND LOSS ACCOUNT

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2017

The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the period relate to maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of Mount Pleasant (Framlingham) are held on trust for the residents.

The directors consider that the Company is entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 and members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions available to companies subject to the micro entities' regime in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105: The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities Regime.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 18 November 2017.

1.	GENERAL INFORMATION

Mount Pleasant (Framlingham) Management Company Limited is a private company limited by guarantee and does not have any share capital and is incorporated in England. Each member is liable to contribute £1 to the assets of the company in the event of its winding up.
These financial statements are provided in sterling and rounded to the nearest £1.
