The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income Statement has not been delivered.

1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

Pumpwise Dredging Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and

Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company

Information page.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).

The company has extended the period end from 31 December 2016 to 31 March 2017.

A fellow subsidiary company, R.W. Hill Felixstowe Limited, ceased trading on 31 March 2017, the

director extended the period end of that company to encompass the final period of trading, the

director felt it also prudent to extend the period end over all group companies to simplify presentation

of the group financial statements.

As a result of this change the comparative amounts presented in these financial statements and the

related notes are not entirely comparable.

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

3.	DISCLOSURE UNDER SECTION 444(5B) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2006

The Report of the Auditors was unqualified.

Other matters

The financial statements of Pumpwise Dredging Limited for the year ended 31 December 2015 did

not require an audit, therefore, the corresponding figures are unaudited.

4.	CONTINGENT LIABILITIES

The following group and associated companies have entered into a Composite Accounting

Agreement. Each participating company has provided a guarantee to the Bank. Under the terms of

the agreement the Bank is authorised to allow set-off for interest purposes and in certain

circumstances to seize credit balances and apply them in reduction of liabilities including debit

balances within the Composite Accounting System.

5.	RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

Controlling Party

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pinch Group Limited which is itself a wholly owned

subsidiary of The Hill Group (1985) Limited whose registered office is at 21 Lodge Lane, Grays,

Essex RM17 5RY.

85% of that company's shares are held by I. Drury (brother of the director D.J. Richardson).
