| 9. | DIRECTORS' ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES |
| The company operates one of its branches from a commercial property owned by Mrs Shamshad Helal, a |
| director of the company. During the year the company paid rent of £7200 to Mrs Shamshad Helal for such use |
| The directors consider this to be a fair commercial rent for the use of the property. |
| 10. | APB ETHICAL STANDARD - PROVISIONS AVAILABLE FOR SMALL ENTITIES |
| In common with many other businesses of our size and nature we use our auditors to prepare and submit returns |
| to the tax authorities and assist with the preparation of the financial statements. |
