9. | DIRECTORS' ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES |
The company operates one of its branches from a commercial property owned by Mrs Shamshad Helal, a |
director of the company. During the year the company paid rent of £7200 to Mrs Shamshad Helal for such use |
The directors consider this to be a fair commercial rent for the use of the property. |
10. | APB ETHICAL STANDARD - PROVISIONS AVAILABLE FOR SMALL ENTITIES |
In common with many other businesses of our size and nature we use our auditors to prepare and submit returns |
to the tax authorities and assist with the preparation of the financial statements. |

The directors and their family members control the company. |
12. | GUARANTEES PROVIDED ON BEHALF OF THE COMPANY |
Bank guarantees on behalf of the company totalling £297,000 have been given to third parties, of which |
£200,000 is secured by insurance bond and £97,000 by cash deposit with the bank. |
