For the year ending 31 March 2017 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

HARMONY AT HOME LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 7351678. The registered office and principal place of business is Eagle House, 167 City Road, London , EC1V 1AW.
These financial statements are the first financial statements that comply with FRS 102 Section 1A. The date of transition is 1 April 2015. The date of transition to FRS 102 Section 1A has not resulted in any changes in accounting policies to those used previously.
Revenue, described as turnover, is the value of goods (net of VAT) provided to customers during the year, plus the value of work (net of VAT) performed during the year with respect to services.
Depreciation is provided on all tangible fixed assets at rates calculated to write off the cost less estimated residual value, of each asset over its expected useful life, as follows:

Transactions with related parties
The transactions with the director and shareholder have not been conducted under normal market
conditions. The £446 owed to the director was repaid during the year and a balance of £27,125
exists at the year end, no interest is being charged by the director.
