Accounting Policies

Basis of accounting and Transition to FRS 105

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 105. There were no material departures from that standard. These are the first financial statements that comply with FRS 105. The company transitioned to FRS 105 as at 1 March 2015. This has affected the previously reported financial position and financial performance as shown in notes 3 and 4 to the accounts.
