Directors' benefits: advances, credits and guarantees
At the balance sheet date the directors owed the company £20,548 (2016: £12,236). The change in the year comprises cash advances, personal payments and other movements of £73,642 less dividends in the year of £65,330. The loan is repayable on demand and bears interest at 3.5% per annum.
The loan was repaid within 9 months of the year end.

For the year ending 28/02/2017 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro-entities regime.
