| During the year, the company advanced funds to N Ward (director) and C Ward (company secretary) in cohort. The maximum balance outstanding during the year was £21,148 (2016: £81,734). Interest was charged on the loan at the HMRC authorised rate for beneficial loans. The loan was fully repaid before the year end and there was no outstanding balance due to the company. |
