1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Other accounting policies
The company is inactive and is solely responsible for arranging the management and maintenance, in the mutual interests of lessees, of the properties at 1-26 Kestral Close and 12-30 (evens) Kingfisher Way, London, NW10.
