The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 30 November 2016.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 30 November 2016 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:
(a)ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies
Act 2006 and
(b)preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of
each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections
394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial
statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

Fixtures and fittings - 25% on reducing balance
Motor vehicles - 25% on reducing balance
Computer equipment - 33.33% on cost

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance
sheet date.

Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits
The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the company's pension
scheme are charged to the profit and loss account in the period to which they relate.

Finance costs
A proportion of interest on borrowed capital has been capitalised and included in the valuation of stocks.

Maintenance costs
Building contracts usually have a twenty four month maintenance contract which runs from completion of the
project. Provision is made for these additional maintenance coss based on the current level of costs incurred post
balance sheet.

8. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

D Healy is a director and shareholder of Oxted Properties Limited, Technik Recruitment Limited, Site Logistics
Limited and Avina Estates Limited.

During the year services provided by Avicam Homes Ltd to Oxted Properties Limited totalled £40,476 (2015:
£43,431) and at 30 November 2016 a balance of £43 (2015: £43) was due from Oxted Properties Limited.

During the year Technik Recruitment Limited charged rent totalling £24,824 (2015: £24,757) to Avicam Homes
Ltd. At the year end a balance of £276,542 (2015: £451,482) was owed to Technik Recruitment Ltd.

During the year services provided by Site Logistics Limited to Avicam Homes Ltd were £210,770 (2015:
£314,551) and services provided by Avicam Homes Ltd to Site Logistics Limited were £670 (2015: £6,428). At
the year end a net balance of £3,670 (2015: £14,138) was owed to Site Logistics Limited.

During the year services provided by Avicam Homes Ltd to Avina Estates Limited totalled £484,074 (2015:
£1,080,688) and at 30 November 2016 a balance of £343,459 (2015: £262,015) was due from Avina Estates
Limited. There is also a loan outstanding to Avina Estates Ltd of £64,566 (2015:£68,370).
