The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention. |

Prior Year Adjustment |

The directors have followed guidance from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and have prepared revised financial statements. The company collects service charges from the tenants which it uses to pay common expenses. Under S.42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 service charges are regarded as trust funds, so these transactions are not considered to be financial transactions of the company. The policy has been adopted for the first time in 2017 and therefore there is a prior year adjustment as shown below: |
