1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off the cost less estimated residual value of each asset over its estimated useful life.

Improvements to property - not provided
Computer equipment - 25% on reducing balance

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance
sheet date.

Going concern
These financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. The Director considers this basis to be
appropriate but has not assessed a period in excess of 12 months from the date of approving the accounts.

The company paid £47,684 (£47,684 in 2013) rent to Mr. Pieri in the year. Mr Pieri is an equal shareholder in the
