The company holds monies held on behalf of the lessees deemed to be held in trust. The bank balance is reflected in the service charge accounts.

Separate service charge accounts are prepared detailing the income and expenditure for the property at Ash Court Industrial Estate.

The value of the company's interest in the freehold property is shown at £Nil for the reason that all the income producing interest in that property (being the industrial buildings upon the site) are all subject to long leases at nominal ground rents.

The remainder of the property which is not let forms the common parts of the industrial estate and this is not capable of beneficial use as it is subject to rights of way in favour of the tenants of the industrial buildings.

Ash Court Management Company (West Bromwich) Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 19 Highfield Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 3BH.

The director of the company have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.

For the year ended 31 March 2017 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies’ regime.
