1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
All funds are held in trust on behalf of the members as required under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and all transactions are reported under a separate service charge account and excluded from the company's financial statements.

The company is a private company limited by shares. The registered office is at The Bell House, 57 West Street, Dorking in Surrey. RH4 1BS.
