| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| There were no material departures from that standard. |
| These financial statements for the period ended 30th June 2017 are the first financial statements that comply with |
| FRS 102 Section 1A small entities. The date of transition is 1st January 2016. |
| The transition to FRS 102 Section 1A small entities has not resulted in any material changes in accounting |
| policies to those previously used. |
| The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the Company will |
| continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. |

| only required to file a Statement of Financial Position. Readers are cautioned that the Statement of |

| In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the |
| financial statements of MEDALFIX LTD for the period ended 30 June 2017 which comprise the Statement of |
| Comprehensive Income, Statement of Financial Position, and the related notes from the company's accounting records |
| and from information and explanations you have given us. |
