The Principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of the administration of variable service charges
as agents of the statutory trust for the residents of Coronation Court, 230-300 (evens) Coronation Avenue, East Tilbury.
Essex RM18 8TB.


The transactions in the year relate to the maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Service charges
collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the
provisions of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
See note 3 for current balance.

The managing agents have determined that the company is acting as principal in contracts with suppliers of goods and
services to the property.

Lessees can obtain detailed financial information concerning the service charges in separately prepared service charge
accounts available from Arrow Leasehold Management.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small
companies.

1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Coronation Avenue (Management) Company Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Turnover represent income from Service Charge Funds to defray expenses.

3. BANK

Service Charge Funds are held at Barclays Bank. At the balance sheet date, balances reflected in service charge
accounts were: unpaid service charges due of £912 and bank balances of £19,716.
