In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of Ottery St. Mary Carnival for the year ended 31 March 2017 as set out on pages 3 to 4 from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 Section 1A - 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland' and the Companies Act 2006.
