1. Commitments by way of guarantee

Secured borrowings
The borrowings of JWP Property Ltd have been secured by way of a fixed charge and debenture over the assets of JWP Property Ltd in favour of Svenska Handelsbanken AB(publ.). At 31 March 2017 the secured borrowings totalled £394,012.50.
