The director presents his report with the financial statements of the company for the year ended 31 March 2017.

DIRECTOR
D A Wauchope held office during the whole of the period from 1 April 2016 to the date of this report.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of the management of 383-393 Greenford Ave
and 1-12 Old Twelve Close, Hanwell. As part of the management of that property, service charges are collected from
lessees to meet the costs of managing and maintaining the property. Service charges are held in trust for the benefit of
the lessees. Accordingly the service charge income and expenditure is excluded from the company's accounts and
separate service charge accounts are prepared.

STATEMENT OF DIRECTOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The director is responsible for preparing the Report of the Director and the financial statements in accordance with
applicable law and regulations.

Company law requires the director to prepare financial statements for each financial year. Under that law the director
has elected to prepare the financial statements in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting
Practice (United Kingdom Accounting Standards and applicable law). Under company law the director must not
approve the financial statements unless he is satisfied that they give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the
company and of the surplus or deficit of the company for that period. In preparing these financial statements, the
director is required to:

- select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently;
- make judgements and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent;

The director is responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the
company's transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the company and
enable him to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. He is also responsible for
safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud
and other irregularities.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small
companies.

The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 31 March 2017.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2017 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for:
(a)ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies
Act 2006 and
(b)preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end
of each financial year and of its surplus or deficit for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of
Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to
financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Greenford Avenue (Hanwell) Management Company Limited is a private company, limited by guarantee ,
registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found
on the Company Information page.

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Taxation
The company acts as trustee of a statutory trust imposed on the service charge monies collected for maintenance
of the building, by virtue of s.42 Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. Interest is not liable to corporation tax, but is
subject to income tax at 20%.

3. ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

The company has no ultimate controlling party.

4. SHARE CAPITAL

This company is limited by guarantee, with no share capital.
