During the year S Kapoor repaid £265,913 (2015: £999,195) to the company. At the year end £122,227 (2015: £388,140) was owed to the company by S Kapoor, the director. The loan was repaid by 30 September 2017.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling, which is the functional currency of the company. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.
