| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| These financial statements for the year ended 30 December 2016 are the first financial statements that comply |
| with FRS102. The transition date is 31 December 2014. To comply with FRS 102 section 1A, which has been |
| adopted early, the company has applied 'The Partnerships and Groups (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2015' |
| in the preparation of these financial statements. |
| The directors have also considered whether in applying the accounting policies required by FRS 102 the |
| restatement of comparative items was required. No restatements were required. |
| The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |
| Preparation of consolidated financial statements |
| The financial statements contain information about Kibrsi Limited as an individual company and do not contain |
| consolidated financial information as the parent of a group. The company has taken the option under Section 398 |
| of the Companies Act 2006 not to prepare consolidated financial statements. |
| Investments |
| Investments in group and associated undertakings are initially recorded at cost with consideration taken for any |
| diminution in value which is expected to be permanent. |
