1Accounting Policies

Other accounting policies
The balance sheet has been restated to reflect the extraction of reserves and balances that are held on trust on behalf of the lessees of the property Crowden Way and Bledlow close, London. Separate service charge accounts are prepared and issued to lessees. This has had the effect to restate the income and expenditure accounts from 40,994 to £nil.
