Director's Report for the Year Ended 31 December 2016
The director presents his report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016.
This report has been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

The director who held office during the year was as follows:
Going concern
At the balance sheet date the company had net liabilities of £16,500 (2015 : £22,937) due to historical outstanding VAT & PAYE taxes due to HMRC.
The director is committed to trading through the debt repayment plan agreed with HMRC and therefore with continued support of creditors believes the going concern preparation for the financial statements is appropriate.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating to companies subject to the small companies regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.
