The directors present their annual report and financial statements for the year ended 25 December 2016.

The principal activity of the Company is to hold the freehold reversionary interest of Farmlands Court, Eastbourne

The Company is limited by shares with share capital of 11 Ordinary £250 shares issued, allotted and fully paid.

The day to day management and maintenance of the freehold property is delegated to a managing agent to perform.

In accordance with Tech Guidance 03/11 released by ICAEW in conjunction with ARMA and RICS Service Charge income and expenditure is recorded in separate annual Service Charge Accounts.

The Company does not trade and the only source of income is £10 per annum ground rent from non-participating leaseholders which is used to meet the cost of general company operating expenses.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies entitled to the small companies' exemption.

Farmlands Court Residents Limited is a company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 94 Park Lane, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 1JB.

For the year ended 25 December 2016 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105: The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
