| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| The company was dormant throughout the year ended 28 February 2014. However, reference to information |
| relating to the year ended 28 February 2013 has been made where appropriate. |
