The directors present their report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016.

Principal activity

The company's principal activity during the year continued to be the management of the 15 flats at 'The Outlook,' Hightown, Liverpool L38 0BU. The company has no income or expenditure in its own right, all transactions in the year being related to the upkeep and maintenance of the structure and common parts of the property. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

Accountants' report on the unaudited accounts
to the directors of The Outlook (Hightown) Management Limited

As described on the balance sheet you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes, and you consider that the company is exempt from an audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006. In accordance with your instructions, we have compiled these unaudited accounts in order to assist you to fulfil your statutory responsibilities, from the accounting records and information and explanations supplied to us.

Profit and Loss Account
for the year ended 31 December 2016


The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to maintenance of the common parts. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the owners and residents of the property are held in trust on behalf of the residents.

Certain items of expenditure were paid on behalf of the company by the members.

The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
