Notes to the financial statements

1. Directors' advances, credits and guarantees

The directors loan account was overdrawn throughout this and the prior year. During the year the directors repaid £ 47,967 (2016: £42,786) and withdrew £ 46,875 (2016: £46,158). At the reporting date the amounts due by the directors to the company amounted to £29,916 (2016: £31,008). Interest is charged on any overdrawn balances at 3.00% p.a. (2016:- 3.00% p.a.)

For the year ending 31 March 2017 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
