The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income Statement has not been delivered.

1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

SESCA Enterprises Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and

Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company

Information page.

2.	STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.

3.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover and income recognition

Turnover represents the net invoiced value, excluding value added tax, of services provided during the

year.

Income for deferred flexi tickets is taken to the profit and loss account when a delegate attends a

booked course. Any flexi ticket unused at its expiry date is taken to the profit and loss account at that

point. Flexi ticket bookings for a future accounting period are treated as deferred income in note 9.

Tangible fixed assets

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off the cost less estimated residual value of each asset over its estimated useful life.

Hire purchase and leasing commitments

Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to the profit and loss account on a straight line basis

over the period of the lease.

Rental income from operating leases is recognised when receivable.

Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits

The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the

company's pension scheme are charged to profit or loss in the period to which they relate.

Expense recognition

The costs of the brochures and their distribution are charged to the profit and loss account in the year

in which the courses are held.

9.	OTHER FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS

The company has future lease commitments totalling £103,125 (2015 : £130,625) and falling due

between 2017 and 2020, under non-cancellable operating leases relating to the company's offices.

The company has a future commitment totalling £2,374 (2015 : £7,007) relating to pension

contributions.

The company has a future commitment totalling £6,111 (2015 : £7,918) relating to equipment rental

falling due between 2017 and 2021.

11.	APB ETHICAL STANDARD - PROVISIONS AVAILABLE FOR SMALL ENTITIES

In common with many other businesses of our size and nature we use our auditors to prepare and

submit returns to the tax authorities and assist with the preparation of the financial statements.

12.	ULTIMATE PARENT COMPANY

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of South Eastern Society of Chartered Accountants

Limited, a company incorporated in England and therefore regards it as its ultimate parent

undertaking. Control of that company rests with the directors and no one person or entity is in a

position to exercise overall control of the company.
