The director presents his report with the financial statements of the company for the year ended 31st March 2017.

DIRECTOR
K A King held office during the whole of the period from 1st April 2016 to the date of this report.

The principal activity of the company in the year under review what that of the administration of variable service charges
as agents of the statutory trust for the residents of Jade Close, Jasper Road, London E16 3TZ.

The company has no income or expenditure in its own right, all transactions in the year being related to the maintenance
of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting
the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant
Act 1987.

Tenants can obtain the full set of information about service charges in separately prepared service charge accounts.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small
companies.

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
